Revisiting your astonishing gallery yet again....cant believe I missed these Honey Mushrooms (pa-pinkies as the Pennsylvanian Polish call them) the grow by the bushel but you have to get them efore every other critter in the woods calls them home and dinner;) From personal experience I can honestly say they may never end up mentioned in Bon Apetit, but they make for one heck of a wild mushroom breadbowl sherry and farmer cheese fondue ;)
