so kind of you to stop by, Hartmut. great to hear from you. I agree. It's impossible to improve upon Mother Nature. That's why I never alter any of my images in Photoshop. I make minimal adjustments, pretty much what people did in a darkroom the old-fashioned way; but I don't need to better Mother Nature. I don't even know how. I hope you'll keep in touch.

Agree with you wholeheartedly. This delicate beauty evokes some of the sweetest memories of my life when I lived in Virginia. I would drive up and down the world-renowned Blue Ridge Parkway looking for flowers and scenic landscapes to photograph. Anybody who hasn't been on Blue Ridge Parkway hasn't seen one of the greatest wonders of the world.
