Yeah yeah…quite beautiful …but I am still waiting to see your friend Cinnamon ! Up close and personal I hope ! Issie and I both love horses…hint hint nag nag …speaking of nag LOL pressures on Monsieur Bijan !!!

Bijan Pirnia replied:

Greetings, salutations, and felicitations to sweet LaVonne, lady adorable-face, the one 'n only, I thank you, dear, for bringing delight to my gallery with your visit. I'll be at the ranch either this week or next, depending on the weather. I hope some day you get a chance to just get in your car and start driving northeast until you find yourself in Florissant, Colorado where Cinnamon lives. You'll get to say hello to him, give him carrots, oats, apples, hay, and so on. You can also ride him and pet him all you want. My buddy, Peter is Cinnamon's owner. His wife is from Thailand. She's the chef par excellence. Sitting at their dinner table is manna from heaven. It's an experience you'll never forget. All her cooking is finger-licking good. So, there you go, friend. I'm offering you a way to get up-close and peronal with Cinnamon, as you mentioned. So, come see us if you can. Would love to have you. Cinnamon is expecting you.

Boundless, expansive and oceanic are a few epithets that I can think of while viewing this vast sky. Though the title suggests that this image of infinitude is remote, and in the middle of nowhere, to me it seems like this is very much the epicenter of the here and now. It is as "present" as can be. Lovely. Would like to paint this image in oils on canvas at some point. L/Faved.

Bijan Pirnia replied:

Hello, dear Renu S, Once again, you touched me deeply with your kind words and poetic eloquence. I'm grateful more than I can express it in words. So, I will simply say thank you for delighting me and honoring me with your visit to my gallery. I totally agree with you about "THE EPICENTER OF HERE AND NOW." In a universe that appears to be infinite, every point is the center. That's what logic dictates. I honestly feel totally at home in remote areas miles from the din of traffic, congestion, and the rat-race of city living. You're centainly welcome to paint this picture. I'm sure you'll do a superb job going by what I have seen in your gallery. When you do paint it, hopefully you'll let me know so that I can cherish it as well. I can also email you a jpg version of it if you like.

It is necessary and beneficial to find yourself in the middle of nowhere sometimes, even if only in your mind. Love it. Solitude is something I need at times.

Bijan Pirnia replied:

Good Wednesday morning to beautiful Sabina. I thank you, dear friend, for coming by my gallery and honoring me with your visit and thoughtful words. There's a section of U.S. Hwy 50 that goes through Nevada and connects Utah to Lake Tahoe, California. It's nicknamed the LONELIEST ROAD IN AMERICA; and they're not kidding. You could drive for dozens of miles or more without seeing a single soul or vehicle, espcially in early morning or late at night. It's just a vast, seemingly endless desert. There are even a few signs on the road that read, "THE LONELIEST ROAD IN AMERICAN."

That is so beautiful to me - just that vast sense of freedom, to get lost in. Love that sky too.

Bijan Pirnia replied:

I thank you, sweet Issie, for stoping by and keeping in touch. I, too, love vast spaces and aloneness. I find so much peace and tranquility in the bossom of Mother Nature. I hope you're blessed with great health and peace in your loving heart, my lady.
